Positive: We loved our stay at hummingbird cabin. We had the 2 bedroom pool house. 4 people. The kitchen was perfect and has everything you need. They provide plenty of water and toiletries. We love staying in the Bahia (local) area away from the Split. It was super easy to get around with the bikes or walking. Lots of local markets and food nearby. The cabin came equipment with plenty of bikes for everyone. This is our second stay on Caye Caulker. You can ride your bikes all over the North and South side of the island. The staff was very attentive and friendly. This area is safe. The pool was excellent to have right at our footsteps. Plenty of privacy. Loved the front porch swinging in the hammock having my morning coffee. Gilbert is an excellent choice for taxi service and private boat tours. Suggested gourmet a few houses down was a great restaurant. Grocery store is very close. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent place to stay. We would stay here again.
